I started at Trinity CoE High School in June 2018 and became Course Director of Key Stage 5 Mathematics in September 2019. I am responsible for our teaching of Mathematics and Further Mathematics to Year 12 and Year 13.
My teacher training took place in a flagship school for modern day Mastery approaches to teaching and learning and it has been a huge interest of mine ever since. This was why I was so keen to join the Maths Core Group and did so in 2019.
I am also involved in teaching on Mathematics Subject Knowledge Enhancement (SKE) courses for prospective trainee teachers at The University of Manchester.
