Apply NowOur programme is a year long postgraduate route to qualified teacher status which is led by a school alliance. In this route your training programme is designed by the alliance to help you meet the requirements for the award of Qualified Teacher Status and a 60 Masters Credit postgraduate certificate in education (PGCE).

Offers
All offers are conditional on the following:
- achieving any required qualifications; including GCSEs, A-levels and degree classification as detailed on your offer.
- being cleared by the university partner for suitability to work with children, this includes Disclosure and Barring Service checks, and medical fitness to teach clearance.

Support
If you are successful upon application and interview, you will have a range of people to support you through your training year. Your Class/ Subject Mentor will be your primary source of support on a daily basis. There will also be a Professional Mentor at each of our alliance schools, who is an experienced member of staff and is responsible for all trainees at your placement school. You will also benefit from the support and experience of the Teach Manchester team.
