- being cleared by the university partner for suitability to work with children, this includes Disclosure and Barring Service checks, and medical fitness to teach clearance.
Please note that some checks, such as the disclosure and barring service checks can take a few weeks to be returned from application and professional skills test centres get busier as the year progresses. Please apply as soon as possible for tests and checks; the sooner all is complete, the sooner we can confirm that your place has been turned to unconditional.
