Day 1: This day will introduce the principles of coaching and the practical skills needed to become a successful coach. The use of the GROW Model to structure conversations will be explored.
Day 2: This day will focus on how to embed a coaching style of leadership into your school/college in order to increase the joint potential across the team within a school environment.
Audience: This 2-day course is suitable for phase/subject and team leaders across all phases of education.
