Apply NowWe offer Subject Knowledge Enhancement courses for secondary trainees who would benefit from further support in developing their curriculum subject knowledge and pedagogy.
Subject Knowledge Enhancement Courses are available through The TES Institute in the following subjects:
- Maths
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
- MFL
- Computing
- Geography
- English
Our SKEs are delivered online, with various equivalent lengths. These can be accessed in your own time and there are no set sessions. The DfE provides funding to cover both the course fee and provide a payment to participants on a weekly basis.
If an offer is made that includes a SKE condition; we will be unable to confirm your offer until you have competed the required programme.
