I am the Primary and Secondary Programme Lead for Teach Manchester.

This involves leading a team of Professional and Subject/Class Mentors in schools across the Teach Manchester Network, with St Peter’s RC High School as the lead school. I quality assure all schools to confirm that our trainees are receiving high-quality, effective mentoring. I communicate regularly with all trainees and mentors, ensuring all are receiving the same information in a timely manner.

I have a keen interest in raising the profile of mentors, as their role is vital for the development of the next generation of resilient, research-literate teachers.

I am also Head of Business at St Peter’s, the lead school for Teach Manchester ITE. I have been teaching Business and Computing for 12 years, and I have supported other schools when their Business departments have been experiencing difficulties.
